Nice Little Home's Concierge
Nursing Consultations by our licensed nurses provide personalized assessments and care plans for seniors and their families. We offer solutions for both short and long-term in home care goals. With vast professional and personal experience in geriatric care, our nurses will meet you in person to discuss: education on the normal aging process, disease progression, dementia related issues, and end-of-life care.
We have a heart-to-heart talk and present resources that most families are not made aware of by their own health care provider. This service is for seniors and their families who are not looking for placement outside of the home and are seeking to educate themselves on the senior care system and process as it relates to aging.
