During her tenure with a national hospice provider, she was awarded a National Leadership Council Award and became a subject matter expert for hospice in Long Term Care and Assisted Living communities. Through her leadership style and influence she has gained respect as a professional end-of-life educator, mentor, and coach to her colleagues and healthcare community.    Paul is an active law enforcement training officer and a licensed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator.  In his prior careers he has been fortunate to gain experience in a few of his ambitions and on his journey found his passion in training, instructional design, adult learning, and overall thinking processes involved in risk management.

He is a licensed commercial airline pilot, certified flight instructor, California Peace Officers Standardize Training (P.O.S.T.) Master Instructor, and CEO of VPR Residential Management Solutions, LLC.

Daniel was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and graduated from Arcadia High School, then he went on to receive his degree in Business Administration with Cum Laude Honors at UC Riverside.  He eventually became a Registered Investment Advisor at New York Life, where he learned the necessity of Long Term Care insurance, and immediately purchased policies for his parents and himself.

Daniel opened his first assisted living homes in Loma Linda and Redlands back in 2017.  He has since transitioned home to the San Gabriel Valley and now runs assisted living homes in Pasadena, Altadena, and Arcadia.

Daniel spends his free time playing golf, basketball, and poker, while attending as many Lakers games as possible.
